Bring a genuine desire to:

    Mediate the process as an unbiased facilitator.

    Initiate and guide respectful mutual dialogue.

    Understand root causes of the conflict.

    Understand each party’s perception of the conflict.

    Find and build on common perceptions.

    Find agreement upon alternatives to current circumstances.

Assist parties in:

    Finding a thread of respectful mutual dialogue.

    Identifying mutually-desired outcomes (goals).

    Finding mutually-acceptable paths to attainment of goals.

    Evolving specific, timely performance targets toward goals.

    Using the targets as strategies to attain goals.

    Evaluating progress throughout the process.

In all things, promote communication, collaboration, cooperation, harmony, coexistence, wisdom, tolerance, and understanding.
