Assist parties in:
Finding a thread of respectful mutual dialogue.
Identifying mutually-desired outcomes (goals).
Finding mutually-acceptable paths to attainment of
goals.
Evolving specific, timely performance targets
toward goals.
Using the targets as strategies to attain goals.
Evaluating progress throughout the process.
In all things, promote communication, collaboration, cooperation, harmony, coexistence, wisdom, tolerance, and understanding.
